Returns Policy

At Gifts from the Heart, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our personalized products. Due to the custom nature of our items, please review the following return policy carefully:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • All return requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be in new and unused condition.
  • Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Dec 10 to Dec 26, 2024: Returns until Jan 10, 2025

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-516-3691 or email us at support@giftsfromtheheart.com. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at 1-800-516-3691 or support@giftsfromtheheart.com.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom and personalized items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items marked as final sale

International Returns:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable.
